A chain of Indian fast food, casual dining and fine dining restaurants. It was established in Kochi in 1988 by Mr.P.A. Abdul Gafoor with the opening of its first restaurant “Khyber“ in Jose junction. Followed by BIMBIS south star restaurant and a pure vegetarian fine dining concept named “Sadhya”.Mr. P.A. Abdul Gafoor was a visionary and was instrumental in introducing Keralites to north Indian sweets and cuisine. BIMBIS Jose junction was the first self-service restaurant in Kerala during the eighties.
